- Otluca-1 & 2 HEPP is a hydroelectric power plant located on the Dragon Creek in the province of Mersin in Turkey
- It has a capacity of approx. 6MW with 3 vertical turbine units
- Water head 28 meters, discharge 8 m³/s
- Commissioning 2011, project for replacement of essential valves in 2020
