TALIS-Group
TALIS was established in 2010 as a provider of premium valves, hydrants and other solutions for water flow control.
The TALIS-Group consisted of 9 strong brands, including BAYARD & BELGICAST and had numerous sales offices around the globe.
During 2022 and 2023, TALIS in various phases divested its activities. On the 9th of October 2023, the AVK Group took full ownership of BAYARD SAS and BELGICAST International, S.L. and their respective subsidiaries, leading to the complete dissolvement of the TALIS-Group.
Now under the ownership of the AVK Group, BAYARD and BELGICAST are positioned for a thriving future!
